Notes
Dinner (previous night): Lamb Curry Vegetable Bean Stew (4 bowls).
Breakfast: 1 bowl of "Basic 4" w/rice milk.
Lunch: Beans, Rice and 2 chicken tamales.
Much cooler today, the smell of Fall is thick in the air.
Even though I ate pretty well today, I still felt a little "slow". But, it's good to see the heart rate coming down and the pace going back up.
