Another night on the treadmill, ugh. Can't take too much more of this. My heart rate still seems too high for the pace I'm running, could be the higher temps in the gym, but I think my immune system is still down.
Hopefully I can bring myself to confront the cold weather this weekend, I sure would like to run the Parkway on Sunday.
