I've been debilitated by allergy induced asthma, even after a hit on the inhaler, I couldn't breath by the first mile mark. Had to walk back home. Not sure what to do. Guess I'll try something stronger. Maybe Claritin? I won't be running a half marathon if I get hit like this during the race. And I sure as hell can't train like this. Very discouraging.
