forgot to hit the inhaler, decided to run it anyway, and to my suprise, no asthma attack! first run in a long time without breathing discomfort. I must be starting to aclimate to the warmer temps, 78* is pretty warm, but my core temp felt relatively cool. footpod was all over the place, must be time to replace batteries.
