Pretty country in Alma, Idaho. Would have been a really nice run, but my right knee went critical on me about 1/3rd of the way thru. I was shooting for 10 miles but had to turn around early for fear of having to crawl back. Not good. Don't know what the problem is but it sure hurts like an S.O.B. This feels different than the problem I was having in my other knee a few weeks ago. Yikes.
