Notes
Today was supposed to be a rest day, but I missed my run yesterday, on account of Christine's schedule, so now I get to run on Saturday, wich was supposed to be a rest day. Sheesh. Hopefully the knee will hold up for Sunday's long run.
Pretty good tempo workout today, got some stretching in, and I like the 1 mile warmup and cooldown, although, I have to force myself to run the cooldown, 'cause after the tempo I really don't feel like continuing on, but it sure seems to help the muscles with recovery.
No footpod today, just timed my 200m splits @ around 51 sec. I was shooting for 6:52 and averaged 6:53, not bad.
