Felt sluggish and stiff today. Decided to take it nice and easy, so I tried to keep my heartrate right around 152 bpm, which is tough for me to do when I'm coming up a hill, it felt like I was barely shuffling along. The knee was giving me some trouble today, pain coming and going. Need to load up on carbs today, and tons of water. So I can deal with tomorrow.
