Rough run tonight, digestive troubles, with almost a mile and a half to go, I had the sudden and (almost) uncontrollable urge to release my bowels. Very uncomfortable sensation. Fortunately I made it home without incident. Also the shin splint flared up again, I'm afraid I might have to take a few days off to get it under control.
