I don't know WTF is going on with my knee, it hurt like hell last night and this morning, then about 3:00 PM the pain just went away. So I thought I'd give it a go on the streets, not a lick of pain during or after the run. Weird.
Footpod was totally useless, put fresh batteries in Sunday morning but the watch says they're dead today?? Stupid things anyway.
I wanted to run this at about 8:12, but I've become so dependent on my footpod to tell me my pace, I'm second guessing what my body is telling me.
This is my third run without the inhaler, lungs are still a little tight at the end of the run, but it's manageable.
