Notes
I give this run a 7 on quality, because I enjoy seeing snow falling at night through the lights of the street lamps. Running in it makes it that much more enjoyable. A bit on the chilly side tonight, but I stayed plenty warm.
I find it interesting that I ran the first leg of this run faster than I did 2 days ago but my heart rate is lower this time.
