Notes
Nice run. Was going to go for 5 (felt great at 2.5) but started to take a few walk breaks at 3.75 and decided to call it at 4 and take a nice, slow and relaxed recovery walk (over 1 mile) home. Was supposed to do Burlington 5K today but didn't go due to flooding and not being sure if I could get there and home.
