Funny run. Saw a rainbow before I went and figured it would be a great run. I hurt my toe yesterday (not running) so needed all the Zen I could get. So, about 1.25 miles in and feeling awesome, tripped and fell and slid on the sidewalk. Somehow managed to bloody the hell out of my left arm and hand, bruise and scrape my right hand, right leg and left leg. So, left no limb untouched. Made it a HTFU run and went another 2.75 miles. Satisfied overall because I forgot about my sore toe (which isn't sore now!) and my stiffness but hurt everywhere else!
