Notes
Thank God....after getting sick last week, I almost dreaded this run because of fear of failure! Stress at work made me even more nervous that I couldn't do this. But, the temp was nice, it is a perfect fall day and my legs just wanted to go. Could have probably gone another mile before getting to my house, but felt like stopping where I did and enjoying a nice recovery walk home. Didn't want to totally overdo it.
