Notes

It's Raleigh Relays weekend. :) Did a Fitness Blender vid in our hotel room: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrV4vCotio0

10 exercises, 50s each, with 10s in-between. Actually felt easy and very controlled until the toe touches at the end. But even those went better than usual. Abs feel great.
