Notes

Did a WU set and short run with the distance crew. Coach said the 5k-ers and 10k-ers could run 5 miles, tops. Picked the run up a bit on the way back. Felt good and really enjoyed the bike trail we ran on. It took us through the woods and a park.

Spiked up for 2x200m at race pace and 2 strides on the track post-run. Ali and I were a little slow on the first 200m (43.53) but found pace on the second one (41.56).
