Afternoon run in the heat of the day with Tim's girlfriend Emily. She picked me up and drove me to North Central College's campus to show me one of her usual routes. We ran the 4-mile loop (mostly through neighborhoods, with a short stint on a bike path) and called it a day.
We also did strides and stretched together afterward.
