Toasty, sunny run from Tim's house with Johnny. Felt terrible. The first few miles were okay, and I committed to a longer loop. A couple miles later, I felt completely depleted. Stopped twice for water. Desperately craved electrolytes and a death shuffle.
Once we got back to the house, Johnny went ahead as I slogged about a half mile for the sake of mileage. Believe it or not, there was a 7:00 mile within this run.
