Morning run on a new loop from Hart MS with Dot. The loop was mostly hilly dirt roads, but included some stints on pavement. It was incredibly icy in spots, and sometimes we were practically walking across sheets of ice. Good conversation.
Feeling incredibly sore today, probably due to yesterday's activities: weights and shoveling our driveway.
