Notes

Group #1 weights, 1x10. First time using the squat bar since it fell on me awhile back. Even added weight to it! Added squats on the Bosu ball at the end. Everything felt smooth and easily manageable. Also attempted some one-legged exercises on the ball.

Stretched and foam rolled with Danna afterward.
