Morning workout in flats on the lake loop with Danna, Jen, and Dani. Ran 2x3mi with 1mi jog rest. Paces were 6:00/mi for the first repeat, then 6:00-5:50-"go" for the second repeat. Went into this mentally frazzled, but trusted my coaches in assigning me this workload.
Trudged through the last mile, but found this workout entirely manageable. Got there early for drills and stretches. Finished the day with strides and a strength set.
