Morning run from Gallagher & Orion Rd. with Melissa, Cally, Danna, Jen, and Dani. Felt surprisingly good (and pretty fresh) coming off yesterday's workout. Picked up the pace throughout. Finished with strides in the parking lot. Iced calves with TheraPearl packs later in the day.
