Interval workout in spikes on grass. We followed a path marked out by the coaches that required us to attack the same pretty large hill twice each interval (each time from a different side). Coaches times the whole workout, and we were not allowed to start our watches. The entire team -- girls and guys -- would start together on the line and take off at coach's command. I stayed up with the top group for the first repeat, but I fell off the top group 600-700m in on the other three. There were no set "groups", but Shelby, Rach, Skroll, Leah, and Linds were part of the top pack each time.

The workout was 4x5:00 repeats, and we had 3:30 passive rest after each one. I did ~30s of jogging within each of these 3:30 breaks. Finished each repeat at or a small bit further than the interval before, so though I wasn't 100% satisfied with how my workout went, it definitely wasn't a bust. Finished with a GS set, 1x10 post-run.

Ice tubbed for 13:00 after we returned to Jenison.
