The Arbs

Notes

Out-and-back into the Arbs with a good-sized group of teammates. Legs and feet felt very tired, so I stuck to 8 miles instead of 9. We did 4x15s strides near the end of our run. Everything was at a pretty good and upbeat pace. Ice tubbed for 12:30 post-run.

Pre-run hurdle mobility:

Over-unders, 2x each leg

Alternating, 3x

Bent leg skips, 2x each side
