Weight machines at the gym, 2x10. Only lifted once last week, and I definitely felt the effects of that today. Didn't move up weight on anything for the second set.

Arm curl (40 lbs)

Tricep extension (50)

Seated dip (90)

Lat pull-down (27.5 ea)

Chest press (60)
