Awesome night to knock out some miles on the Burchfield trails with Beth. Felt like we were moving at an honest clip. After our 7-mile run, I decided I really wanted to take advantage of the amazing night, so ran 3 more miles solo.
Foam rolled before bed. Quads and hamstrings are a bit sore.
