Beautiful morning for some miles. Went to the group run at the LO store. Sara G, Mike G, and I hit the Paint Creek Trail for Sara's workout. We joined her for her 4-mile WU (at ~7:25/mi pace) before turning around.
Then Mike and I slowed up a bit. I ran with him for another 3+ miles before dropping him off and hitting the trail for more. Pace felt pretty lax after that, but my legs were sore afterward. That's a good sign. The slow days aren't complete slogs anymore!
I'm taking every little victory as momentum.
