Windy solo workout at Riverbends: 15x1:00, with 1:00 jog rest. To be honest, this felt terrible. The intervals felt like tempo pace. I just felt depleted and out-of-shape. Considering just turning it into a base run, but decided against it. Sometimes, the victory is getting something substantial in even when it's ugly.
Headed home for a set of foot drills (foot-strengthening exercises from Johnny).
