Pieced together a stationary bike workout: 2x3min, 2x2min, 2x1min, with equal rest. 10 min WU, 10 min CD. Had the bike on level 3 again. Used the further back handlebars for all fast intervals. Today I learned you can also adjust the pedal straps...I am so incredibly new at this. That means there will be a big learning curve!

Put on Dathan's podcast with Mario Fraioli's AM Shakeout. I think I'm going to hunt down more interviews from running greats to listen to during these bike sessions.
