Great workout with Katie! This was my first time having a workout buddy in quite awhile. We really locked into our pace, hitting SIX on-pace intervals in a row on Kevin's watch. It was a rush, trying to hit another perfect interval each go. We also switched positions every repeat in order to share the tangents.
Our course was a flat, pavement loop in our resort complex. Ran in Brooks T7s. Finished with strides and GS. Legs felt pretty good throughout. Went through WU drills and stretches beforehand.
