Felt drained today. Also wanted to protect the foot, so opted for the bike. Pedaled hard, but went for a very short ride overall. Alternated handlebars (closer up set, then farther back) every 5:00.
Went a little harder with the farther back bars, but kept things pretty consistent overall. Kept it on level 12. I can tell my foot is getting stronger, because this resistance level (a new PR in itself) felt incredibly manageable.
Ice bucketed feet in the morning, a few hours before the gym.
