Did the first half of this run on the Hobo Trails and the second half on campus. Ran to SniPhy to pick up my ID (someone found it and contacted me via FB that she had turned it in there -- so nice!), then bumped into Vern on the way back. She was biking and pedaled alongside me for my last mile. Ended with 4 strides in front of the apartment.
Bottom of left forefoot still hurts, but left knee feels way more stable. The knee only acted up for a moment on the last stride. Progress!
