Notes

Solo run on the Dino Trails and PCT. Went through WU drills and stretched beforehand. Felt great in shorts and a light long sleeve. Finished with strides in the sub. Then rolled out both plantars with a golf ball and iced them with Cally's TheraPearl packs.
