Windy workout in flats on the lake loop at Stony: 3x2mi. Got there early for WU set (drills and stretches). Hit my B goal of getting all of these under 6:00 miles. Still not where I'd like to be. Dot crushed me hard, and she had 5x2mi (her last two sets were in the low 5:30s/mi).
There were a few parts (ex. very first and last mile of the entire workout) where the wind was in our face the whole way. I feel this was an improvement over my Stony workout last week. Ran CD on the trails, then substituted hurdle mobility for GS.
Hurdle mobility:
Continuous, 2x ea.
Alternate, 2x
Bent leg, 2x ea.
