Notes

Strength circuit with Cally. Same format as usual. Felt harder than usual -- probably because I ran a Stony workout this morning. Heart rate jumped up for sure. I also hit a jump rope PR of 72 single hops (no double hops or tripping on the rope) in a row!

2x1:00 for all

Jump rope

Assisted pull-ups

Med ball squat throws (10 lb large, plush med ball)

Overhead slams (med ball)

Kettle bell squats (40 lb weight)

Burpees (w/o pushup)

Bosu squats

Box jumps

Single-leg bridge (1:00 ea. leg)

Forward plank
