Fitness Blender video in the backyard. Abs were burning on the last exercise (toe touches), because THEY LASTED THROUGH TOE TOUCHES NON-STOP WITH NEARLY PERFECT FORM. Legs were pretty dang straight, pulses were rhythmic, and not a single pause was taken. That's my little victory for the day.
(The key is to have a Chance the Rapper song stuck in your head to focus on.)
