Notes
Got this run in before practice, but still attended prac for the warm-up set, stretching circle, and hurdle mobility. I've had some big assignments due this week, and I've fallen behind on sleep. So I got both runs out of the way before practice in order to leave Jeni, eat dinner, and get to bed sooner today.
Hurdle mobility:
Over-unders, 1x each leg
Alternating, 1x each leg
Bent leg skips, 1x each leg
