Went to the gym with Chelsea. Put together a strength circuit for the first time in a long while. It was a wake-up call to how much strength I lost (check out the downgrade in dumbbells). Glad energy levels are back so I can get cracking again! Only going up from here.
Exercises were done for 2x1:00 each in ABAB CDCD EFEF format, unless noted otherwise.
Lat pull-downs (20 lb ea. side)
Jump rope
Single-leg box step-ups (5 lb ea.)
Box jumps
Overhead slams (10 lb med ball)
Single leg lifts on Bosu
Squats on Bosu (10 lb)
Running arms (5 lb ea)
Plank matrix (1:00 ea plane)
