Out-and-back on the PCT. Started with Dot, Danna, Olivia, Anne-Marie, and Chelsea, but we quickly spread out. Found myself falling off Anne-Marie and Chelsea, while the other teammates opted for a laxer pace. Surprised I was banging out sub-7:10s. Still feels harder than it should, but the Floradix is definitely making a positive difference.
