Cross country workout at Bloomer, in spikes (!!!). Yessss. Ran 6x1k with 2:00 rest. Did this with Olivia and Anne-Marie. Got my drills and stretches in beforehand. Surprised at how manageable this felt. Had to focus and know when to press, but felt I had a little left in the tank at the end of each interval. Felt good to lace up the spikes and get the heartrate up. Had a blast working out with this crew.
