Morning run from the house with Johnny. Ran a few miles on the PCT before heading out to the dirt roads by Hart MS. Felt hardcore as our hands chilled from the wind and heavy rain. Took it easy pace-wise. Last run with Johnny before he heads back to Zap.
Iced the bottom of my left foot with a TheraPearl pack later in the day.
