Notes

Tried out spin class for the first time! I'd never been in the cycling studio before today. This class, Intro to Cycle, sampled the three main spin classes Lifetime offers. The bikes are also a bit different that the ones I've been using upstairs.

Learned how to position my bike seat, handlebars, etc. We also did some standing parts on the bike (cranked up the resistance for those, per instructions). MY FOOT DIDN'T HURT. I was smiling so big because pedaling on the bike while standing made me feel like I was running on air. AND I MISS THAT RUNNING MOTION. And just running in general.

Foot dully throbbed for a little bit after, but there was no limping or pain.
