Notes

Yin yoga class at the gym. Instructor Holly had us mostly do exercises using the wall. It's fun to change things up like that. Really needed this today, since my hip flexors are sore from yesterday's pool drills. The flutter kicks I tried were supposed to target the hip flexors, so I'm happy to be sore in the right spots.
