Today was the anniversary of the worst day. But I genuinely feel my mom instilled the positive energy in me that got me through this workout with a smile. It was an epic rainy, windy solo workout. Ali's knee has been bothering her, so she had to defer to the Alter G treadmill after WU set.
My workout was 3x3:00, 3x2:00, 3x1:00 with 2:00 jog rest in-between each. Legs felt great, and I had fun pushing myself to up my rhythm throughout. Most of my CD consisted of running back to Jenison to get my spikes, and then to the outdoor track. Ran 4 strides in spikes, then ran back to Jeni for a post-workout med ball set with Ali & Emma.
