Met up at Hart MS for a run on the hilly, dirt roads with Jen, Dani, Kinsey, and Danna. According to Jen, our first mile was 7:30+. As we started talking about the presidential election, a group of us (Kinsey, Jen, and I) brought the run down to sub-7:00 pace. Felt smooth and incredibly manageable. Finished with strides on the soccer field. Then drove home for a 7-exercise med ball set, 10x ea.
