Notes
Morning run from the duck pond with Danna, Jen, Kinsey, and Dani. Out-and-back on the PCT. Had 3x2min pick-ups on the way back. Took 1:30 jog rest in-between. Finished with hurdle mobility in the parking lot.
Went to Ormsbee in the afternoon to get the back/neck cracked and the calves/hamstrings rubbed out.
Post-run hurdle mobility:
Continuous lead, 2x ea.
Alternate, 2x
Over-unders, 1x ea.
