Ran past Hart MS to the dirts roads from our house. Went ~halfway out with Dot, Olivia, Anne-Marie, and Chelsea before turning around solo (they had a longer run). Calves are still pretty shot. I've been in compression socks every day at work. Stretched and foam rolled post-run. Iced calves with cold packs afterward. Feeling sore and slow.
