Notes

Short ride on the stationary bike, sandwiched in-between weights and work. Started at level 5, and worked my way up to level 7. It's the first time I've been on the bike in awhile. Sweated profusely.

Alternated between close-up handbars and far-back handlebars every 5:00 interval.
