About 5 miles, followed by my slow 1:00 CD
40:00 plus 1:00 CD, so 41:00 total
Hard run, exhausting. I was the downer of the run, thought it was too fast to be going in-between two races. Molly and Cela kept it fast, then we let Molly take off, and Cela led the rest of us -- me, Abbey, and Lisa -- until Cela fell off and our remaining group had Molly a ways in front and Cela a ways in back until Marcela caught back up to us, and we latched onto her as she caught us back up to Molly. At 35:00, Cela and Molly decided we should take it slow, then I ran 39:00 to 40:00 fast and did my 1:00 CD. Lots of hills, I didn't know my way around, Cela and Molly took us to the highest point in the park. Guess I need to work on welcoming difficulty.
