Notes
Morning run from Orion Rd and Gallagher with Dot, Melissa, Jen, Dani, Sam Hanson, Cally, Danna, and her husband Justin. Ran a loop on the hilly dirt roads (Collins → Clarkson) that hooked us onto the PCT for the last 3-4 miles. The run quickly broke into two groups, with me falling in-between. I eventually yo-yo'd my way to Dot, Cally, and Justin. Finishing their run with them was today's challenge/success.
The loop was 9 miles, so I turned around to run some of my last mile with the other group. Finished with strides in the parking lot. Iced calves, left hamstring, and both plantars with TheraPearl packs later in the day. That hamstring was nagging me a bit during strides.
