Notes
Ran at team practice (!!!) this AM. Out-and-back on the PCT. The long run crew started from the house, while I met them in the cider mill parking lot (Gallagher & Orion Rd) exactly 3 miles into their run.
Went out 2.5 miles with Dot, Danna, Olivia, Rachele, Anne-Marie, and Olivia. Turned around with Danna and Rach. Pace was trying for me, as I clung to the back of the pack on the way out. Felt much better on the way back. Calves most definitely sore. Ran in calf sleeves.
Stretched and foam rolled later in the day.
